This website is operated by Klaara Pte. Ltd. (“Klaara,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the site. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

This is a pre-launch site for a movement and the people building it. You may read our manifesto, learn about what we stand for, and apply to join the Founding 50. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or misuse any part of it.

When you apply to the Founding 50, you agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your company. Submitting an application is an expression of interest — it does not create any obligation on our part to extend an invitation, and it does not guarantee acceptance, access, or any particular outcome. We may accept or decline applications at our discretion. How we handle the information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.

Invitations and invitation codes are personal to you. Please do not share them publicly. We may limit, suspend, or withdraw an invitation if it is misused.

The content on this site — including the Klaara name, logo, manifesto, copy, and design — belongs to Klaara Pte. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may read and share links to the site, but you may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our permission.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep it accurate and running smoothly, we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or up to date. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klaara Pte. Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.

We may update these terms from time to time as the movement grows. When we make a material change, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
